Juan Giménez è un famosissimo fumettista argentino, impegnato soprattutto su temi di fantascienza e guerra.

Nel 1980 ha collaborato con alcune delle riviste antologiche europee più importanti: 1984, Metal Hurlant, L'Eternauta.

Tra le sue serie più significative "La Città" scritta da Ricardo Barreiro. Prima della carriera artistica Giménez ha accumulato una grossa esperienza di design industriale, che risulta evidente nella realizzazione dei modelli di guerra.

Attualmente è impegnato nella realizzazione della saga dei Metabaroni con Alejandro Jodorowsky.
