Per ogni opera sono presenti titolo, anno, autore ed il museo o collezione privata dove si trova. Seguono i punti salienti relativi ai soggetti ritratti e alla loro simbologia. Si fa spesso riferimento a miti oppure personaggi di grandi classici della letteratura o personaggi storici.
